It is almost inconceivable to most businesses that the majority of our solutions focus on the provision of software that doesn't require licence fees. It also seems inconceivable that this software is probably better than the stuff you would pay a lot of money for.

As you can see, there is a significant difference in cost. Factor in the consultants fees and the setup costs, and you are looking at serious money for a Microsoft based infrastructure. We choose to use Linux as the base of our infrastructures. You could even retain the familiarity of Windows on the desktop (as most of our customers do) but save on the servers.
